Also, practical knowledge & experience in UML would be an added advantage.
ITS-111	Software Testers (Loadrunner/Sitescope)	4-5 years	Write and execute test plans, verify application components and undertake regression testing. The candidate must be proficient enough to take care of site / application quality & Operations, preparing reports and MIS for quality, Analyzing reports & tracking areas of improvement, training/mentoring the teams.
ITS-112	Senior Web Designers/ Visualizers	3+ years	HTML/XHTML, CSS, Tabless Design (DIV), Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash (Action Scripting 3.0), Javascript. The candidate must have exceptional design and visualization skills with ability to work the independently to develop unique prototype designs or frameworks for clients.
